Refund policy

Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer returns or refunds. Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery. There are no additional charges for exchange requests. For incorrect or damaged products, customers must share a clear unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible for an exchange. The brand reserves the right to approve or decline exchange requests if the product does not meet eligibility criteria.
